The Westside Community Development Corporation is a Community Benefit Development Organization (CBDO) that serves Ventura’s historically disadvantaged Westside neighborhood with economic development programs and resources. Since 2022, PCC has supported grant writing, strategic planning, event & community outreach coordination, program development, and more. Most notably, we have worked with WCDC leadership to co-author their annual Community Development Block Grant administered by the City of Ventura which funds the organizations five primary programs. Recently our team has helped the non-profit expand into more versatile fundraising including a comedy benefit show hosted by The Welcome Room.
